This is a comfortable and very peaceful 2 bedroom house, 400m from train, bus, tram. Close to Melbourne Zoo and the University of Melbourne. Restaurants, music venues specialty grocery stores all a short walk away. Private courtyard garden. This house would be good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The space Beautiful renovated bathroom. Unrenovated but clean and tidy kitchen with no dishwasher. Gorgeous new oven installed October 2016. Very comfortable lounge. No aircond but house is very well protected and insulated and captures the evening southerly breezes and so is easy to cool down after a hot summer's day. Some cracking in the plaster of the lounge from movement of the house which is very common in Brunswick does not reduce comfort but is a little unsightly. Very private and quiet. The best of everything - perfectly peaceful but in the heart of the action in one the most vibrant arts and music precincts of Melbourne. Guest access The whole house bar locked cupboards.
