Guest also have access to the scenic lake front walking track, right in front of the apartment complex. Bathroom: Equipped with quality amenities and consumables Bedroom: Warm and comfortable bedrooms provided with quality bedding material for a good nights sleep. Heating provided in every bedroom. Lounge: Rollaway bed can be setup upon request. (please send us a request after booking confirmation should you require sofa bed to be setup) Floor Plan is as follows: This three story unit can be accessed via the garage on the bottom floor or front entrance on the top. Floor one: Garage with internal access to unit via 14-16 steps. Floor two: Two bedrooms. One is with balcony and ensuite bathroom. Additional shared bathroom. To access floor 3 there are 14-16 stairway steps. Floor 3: Entrance, kitchen, lounge and balcony. Parking: 1 x allocated covered park in single car garage – passenger car only, no campervans or oversized vehicles 1 x allocated uncovered park in shared driveway area Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Location and proximity: Ideally located by the lake, the apartment offers easy walking access to the lake front, while still within close proximity to all the happening. - 6 minutes drive from the Queenstown international airport. - 5 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets - 7 minutes drive to Queenstown CBD - 50 minutes scenic walk to Queenstown CBD - 6 minutes drive to Frankton shopping centre - 40 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area. - 40 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area. Message from Ray: This three story unit has internal stairs used to access between floors. Rollaway bed is on offer for convenience and is not as comfortable as original beds. Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you. Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed. Other things to note Please Note: There is ongoing construction at the neighbouring lot next to the apartment complex. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, you may experience occasional noise or temporary access obstruction during your visit.
