No. 3

Welcome to “No. 3” in Knysna. We are located on the ground floor of an established garden complex “Yellowood”, within close proximity to the Heads, Leisure Island, the town and the Waterfront. No. 3 is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with an open plan kitchen leading through the lounge to a patio with a view of the beautiful Knysna lagoon, and flowing into the communal garden and kiddie friendly (enclosed) pool. The unit is equipped with all you need for a wonderful family getaway. The space The main bedroom is en-suite, including a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and has a view over the pool to the lagoon. It has a king sized bed (comprising of two joined single beds, which can be separated on request) and has ample cupboard space. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. The second bathroom, located in the corridor to the second and third bedroom, has a large shower and toilet. The lounge has comfortable seating for six and is equipped with a smart tv and Netflix. The patio, leading off from the lounge through sliding doors, has a built in braai (barbecue) and outdoor dining furniture for six, perfect for an afternoon meal or braai after a day out at the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast / eating bar, with an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The Facilities The unit is on the ground floor, making it friendly for the elderly and disabled. There is a small fenced and gated swimming pool in front of the patio, surrounded by a lovely lawn and garden for extra sunbathing. The complex has a coin operated laundromat. There is a covered parking bay close to the entrance of the unit, as well as ample adjacent visitors parking. The unit is equipped with wireless internet. A cleaning service is available on request for an extra fee.
