Charming and very bright apartment built in two levels and placed on the second floor of an ancient house dated first ‘900. The property is situated in an elegant and quiet area near the center (about 15 minutes walking) and supplied by a lot of public means of transport and railway Campo Marte. The surrounding area is marked by green area, various shops, private offices, restaurants ecc. The space The entrance is opened on the spacious living room where is placed a comfortable angular sofa, further an additional “futon” sofa, a small table, a bookshelf with television. Next to the living, is the dining room with cupboard, a rounded extendible table. Across from a bricked arch, you enter in the kitchen characterized by an original ancient fireplace, a cooking area. Across the living room, by one wood staircase, you enter in the attic with a study furnished with two desks and book shelfs ; from the study, by few steps, you access in the amazing roof terrace with view of green gardens and Cupola Duomo. In the night area , is present a little sitting room with a comfortable double sofa bed and two bed double rooms. In the first very spacious bed room, there are, further a double bed, one vintage baby small bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, night-table and seats. In the second room there are a double container bed, two night tables, a chest of drawers, a chest and book shelfs. The apartment is equipped by two bathrooms, one in the first level with shower and the second in the upper floor with hydro – massage bath, and one utility loundry room.
