Welcome to our home! A large, simple and airy space, designed to offer comfort and tranquility, ideal for those seeking rest or moments of fun with friends and family. Close to markets, snack bars, banks, pharmacies, etc. It is 2 km from the most popular beach in the city, the three stones, about 5 minutes by car. Have a good experience! The space Individual property, the land contains high walls, ensuring privacy. Yard with lawn and private pool (unheated), ideal for outdoor leisure. The house has parking spaces for up to 4 cars. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including bedrooms, kitchen, grassy backyard and private pool. Other things to note Personal items: Towels, blankets, toiletries and any other items you deem necessary must be brought. Pool: It does not have heating. We don't have air-conditioning. Voltage: 220v. We do not accept pets: To maintain the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow pets. If it is absolutely necessary to bring a pet, an additional fee will be applied, and the request must be previously authorized.
