The residence is surrounded by greenery, a short walk from Reale Beach. Access via an electric gate and a fence delimits the entire condominium area. The house has a private entrance which is accessed by climbing 4 steps. A small courtyard can be used to hang out the laundry. The living area is equipped with a kitchen, TV, table and sofa bed, dresser and pantry. A small hallway provides a sink and washing machine. The room has a double bed and a 3-door wardrobe. The windowed bathroom is completed with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The house is equipped with WiFi. The speed does NOT allow streaming services as the connection is Satellite. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, the entire condominium area (green and non-green) and parking with a reserved parking space. The parking space (made with a covered metal structure) is 2.40 meters high and 2.20 meters wide. Other things to note The complex is located in an area with private access protected by an electric gate, surrounded by greenery, 250 meters walk from the Beach of Reale and Terranera (both equipped and free beach) served by 2 bars/restaurants and a mini-market.
