Ground floor apartment at Villa LAVA

This very new apartment has everything you need. You'll feel right at home, with all the necessary services for a relaxing vacation as well as for working remotely. This apartment has three bedrooms (two with private bathroom). The third bedroom is smaller, and contains a bunk bed that can sleep three people. The space A perfect location for both relaxation and adventure (such as exploring the waterfalls in Krka or the sites from Game of Thrones) The house is a brand new gated villa divided into two units (each with its own entrance). Your unit will be the ground floor, with easy access to pool and terrace. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including linens/towels, full kitchen, washer (inside the unit), Air conditioning, internet connection and TV (with Apple TV). This unit has three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps three kids or two adults. The living room also features a sofa bed that can turn into bed and sleep two people comfortably. Should you find the outside temperature too warm, you can take shelter inside and turn on the air conditioner, which is powered by solar panels. There is also parking for 2 cars if required. Should you want additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged too for an additional fee. This means we will need to collect each guest's identity information at check-in. 🚨 ———————————- Our property features a private swimming pool and garden, shared between two units. The upper unit is reserved for family use and can sometimes be occupied at the last minute. We always respect the privacy of our guests, but this means that the pool and garden may be shared at certain times. If exclusive use of the pool and garden is essential for your stay, please contact us before booking. We will check the calendar of the upper unit and confirm availability. We want your stay to perfectly match your expectations! Your property manager speaks English and should be able to help you with most questions, but your hosts are available to help you via the Airbnb messaging system if you need specific help. There is air conditioning throughout the villa, except for the third additional bedroom with bunk beds. Parking is also available for 2 cars if needed. Please note that you must confirm your check-in time 24 hours in advance to arrange and confirm your check-in. Due to its proximity to "The Garden Croatia" in Tisno, we understand that you may want to stay here to attend one of the many music festivals.
