OUT YONDER is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! Tiny home surrounded by acres of cedar & shagbark trees. Explore nearby eateries & enjoy nearby outdoor activities like canoeing, kayaking, hiking, etc. Tour local town Squares & historic sites. Visit nearby wineries/breweries or a nostalgic drive-in theater. Return to relax in this peaceful place out by the firepit or on the front porch swing, while listening to the songs of the frogs & crickets, as the lightning bugs put on their show. The space The best of both worlds… a secluded, completely private getaway that is close to all the city conveniences that you may want to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen for meal preparation. Outdoor campfire cooking supplies included for the charcoal grill. Or relax indoors with a movie or game night & fresh popped popcorn! Explore the property where you will possibly see squirrels, deer, frogs, birds, rabbits, ground hogs, snakes or even coyotes! Please use common sense and take precautions. Do not approach or attempt to touch the wildlife. Since some possibly less welcome pests like to enjoy this peaceful setting as well, we provide bug repellent for your use. (You may encounter mosquitos, chiggers, ticks, bees, wasps, spiders, whatchamacallits or other insects on your stay.) Guest access Guests have access to entire home and surrounded wooded area with on-site private parking. We always offer “early” Check-In @ 2pm and “later” Check-Out @ NOON! Other things to note We are in a rural, private location. Conveniently located approximately 15 minutes to Murfreesboro and less than 10 minutes to Woodbury. Gas stations about 5 minutes away. If you are looking for outdoor adventures “Out Yonder” is centrally located to many Tennessee Lakes and parks . Center Hill, Tim’s Ford , Percy Priest and Normandy lakes are all within about an hour drive. There are several kayak launches in Woodbury and Murfreesboro. Great hiking can be found in nearby Rock Island and Fall Creek falls . We provide basic kitchen spices such as salt and pepper and cooking spray oil. K cups and sweeteners provided for your use. We provide a roll of toilet paper & a roll of paper towels. There is a fully functioning bathroom with tiled shower, sink, vanity & toilet. In the bathroom, we provide cotton swabs and some soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, washcloths, hand soap, spray cleaner, etc. We do not have an iron, but a hand steamer is available. There is a security camera at the back door and a motion activated camera on the front door.
