Description

This is entire classic style flat on top 4th floor in block of flats with stairs and a lift. The property is in London zone 2 (Mile End station and DLR- Westferry, bus stop Pixley Street). Easy to reach central London in 20-30 min. Canary Wharf business/shopping centre just several min by walk. Tesco and Lidl grocery shops are very close. The property has only one big room (like a studio),hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Please read House Manual and Other Notes to avoid any inconveniences. The space *This entire flat is on top (4th) floor in block of flats house with lift. The flat is classic style and the house is over 60 years old). It has one room (20 sq. meters), small kitchen and bathroom with toilet, has an electric shower over bath (the water pressure in shower and toilet is a bit weak). *In kitchen you will find everything you need to cook semi prepared food. Pan, pots, dishes, mugs, cutlery, drink glasses, microwave, small electric cooker/oven, toaster, kettle, drinking water filter, fridge with freezer. *Laundry - the washing machine is in the kitchen. *There is one double bed and single sofa bed/convertible chair in the property, wall wardrobe and drawer cabinets. If you are two adults who want to sleep separate then you have to inform me about that and pay some extra £30 for bedding. * Automatic heating turns on when is gonna be less then 19/20 Celsius in the property. Electric radiator available for use as well. * On summer time the boiler is turned off. If you need hot water in sinks (kitchen and bathroom) just press boiler button which is just above microwave (it heats a tank of water so after 1 hour turn off and it will be enough hot water for 2-3 days). * WiFi broadband named Community Fibre and password you'll find on top of router. *Large TV is connected only to the WiFi (no cable TV channels, no Netflix unless you have your own account). *Bed linen and towels are provided. *In wardrobe - extra blankets, duvet and pillows. *Cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and mop with bucket in kitchen utility room. Guest access You will be on your own in the property. Other things to note * You're able to do self check in and self check out. Details automatically provided by Airbnb 2 days before arriving. There's code from key safe box so please 'do some homework' to avoid disturbing my neighbours as I'm already received complaints. * Luggage rules - please respect each other and don't ask on day of check in to drop off your luggage earlier than 11am ( previous guests might sleep longer, having shower, breakfast so no need to disturb them). Similar situation with keeping your belongings longer on day of check out. It should be packed and kept only until 15:00. If other guests arriving at this time I won't to be responsible for your luggage. Of course there can be some exceptions when guests informing me their arrival/departure time or no guests at this day at all. * If you staying in the flat longer than 5 days then you will receive only starter supplies as toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo etc. Further supplies would need to be purchased by yourself. Or if you used my supplies in the beginning please buy some similar. The same is with cooking oil, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Sorry but I don't provide paper towels in kitchen (I think this is paper wasting).
