This villa is ideal for relaxing holidays,quiet swimming,cycling and walking by the sea. The villa has a small pool (2.5mx4m) with internal jacuzzi for massage purposes. The gorgeous villa is surrounded by a large garden and offers complete privacy. It is designed and fully furnished and decorated,in a combination of Cycladic architecture exterior and contemporary modern and luxury interior. The villa consists of the main accommodation (sleeps 8) and for larger groups,it offers two semi-detached apartments (Guest-Houses) having separate entrances, which can accommodate up to 7 persons (3 and 4) Main accommodation/villa Interior 180m2, shaped into 3 levels. There are spacious, patios with pergolas at every level and almost all rooms have sea views of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring Naxos island beyond. •First level: 2 bedrooms ensuite, hall and access to an outdoor terrace •Second level: kitchen (fully equipped), living room with fireplace and wonderful sea views, bathroom with Jacuzzi and a further bedroom overlooking the sea. •Third level: one bedroom ensuite. Guests-Houses The guests of the main villa have the possibility to rent the one or both Guests-Houses. They have a terrace offering unobstructed sea views, independent entrance and are fully furnished. They consist of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. •Smaller Guest-House: 40 m2 - sleeps 2-3 •Larger Guest-House : 70 m2 - sleeps 3-4 Facilities of the villa: Air Conditioning, WIFI, flat screen TVs, home cinema (with DVD and CD players) , fireplace, kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances including microwave oven and dishwasher, dishwasher, bathrooms with shower, tub or Jacuzzi, large garden and car parking. The weather was lovely at that time of the year with warm days and nights making it even more enjoyable. The place is very clean and the owners make you feel straight at home, we even got to taste some homemade goat s cheese! It is such a peaceful environment to be in, so comfortable, and within walking distance of the sea. You literally just have to walk across the road to find a sandy beach, in a typical greek island cove that is perfectly safe to swim in. Close proximity to Naoussa is a plus although I just enjoyed cycling along the coast and stopping in the few sea-front tavernas next to the Villa for some wine, local food and entertainment!” “I stayed at the Villa in May 2016 and again in June 2017.
