Private Room in a house for long term student
Description
Enjoy a private renovated room of 9m2 with a private access. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with us (we have 2 kids of 13 & 15). You can enjoy the house with us and the big garden, while being well located near Lyon. There is a stacking bed in the room so you can be 2 people if you want to invite a friend or family from time to time (no long period) Careful: the height of the room is quite low: 200 cm. We live here with busy lives, avoid if you love perfect tidy home! The space We are lucky to live in a house with a garden and still be well located : - 20 mn from Gare Lyon Part Dieu by walk - 10 mn from Gratte Ciel by walk We have a very useful kitchen with 2 ovens and 6 hotplates, so we can cook together very easily. No microwaves by the way, I hate that. We do not accept 2 persons in the room for a long period (1 week max), the room is too small and the equipment are not appropriate. It is ok for short visits. Guest access Bus C3 is very close, or bus C9 Metro A Gratte ciel is 15 mn by walk Station Vélov During your stay We want to rent the room because we do not need it actually. It was a previous garage in the basement that we have arranged. It is too bad to let it empty when it is getting complicated to find an accomodation in Lyon for your exchange or internship. We used to host Airbnb people in our former flat and enjoyed sharing with them (about food, french culture, tips about Lyon...). Some of them have become friends and we still keep in touch. We hope to keep on getting to know people this way. We prior foreign students because we know how hard it is getting to find a decent place for a short period. We have 2 friendly children of 10 and 8 years old. We also have 2 cats. We speak English, a bit of German and Spanish. We are Learning Japanese and planning to go there this October. I love to cook also. Other things to note We have 2 cats
