The space Very easy accessible resort in a center of surfers paradise and yet on the island with swimming pool overlooking the river. Nice spacious private veranda on a ground floor. The tram is minutes away and takes you all around the Gold Coast Guest access Resort has 2 pools, hot spa, gym, wet sauna, game room, tennis court, 2 bbq,commercial laundromat for oversized items, washing machine, drier, toaster, air fryer , kettle, blender, hot plate, microwave,dishwashing machine, smart TV, aircon, iron, clothes drying line Tennis rackets with balls, beach towels, yoga mat. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in common areas. For long stays over 10 days we do not supply full amenities such as toilet paper shampoo etc for duration of your total stay. For bookings 2 weeks and over please note that a semi clean is required every two weeks with an additional charge of $40.
