Well-kitted for kids and sheltered from the south-easter, Bel Ombre Meadow is a 2-minute walk, Llandudno Beach a 15-20 minute drive, with close access to world-famous vineyards, pristine beaches, and stunning mountain areas—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space The house is located in a cul-de-sac and quiet leafy part of Constantia, a minute away from the Belle Ombre Meadow. We bought the house just before lockdown and slowly turned it into a light and airy home, with open-plan reception rooms opening onto the veranda and swimming pool, for easy relaxed living. We've recently renovated all the bathrooms. The pool has a cover and can be made child-safe for added peace of mind. Plus, there are lots of tree swings, toys, books, and puzzles for the little ones to enjoy. For outdoor enthusiasts, the property offers easy access to nearby walks and hikes, making it an ideal getaway for families and nature lovers. The property borders a tree-lined greenbelt, which attracts a wide variety of bird species, especially Cape Robin and Sunbirds. This gives it a real sense of peace and tranquility as you look across to the mountains. Guest access Guests have the use of all the facilities on the property. You Guests will be given 2 sets of keys and 2 remote controls for the automated gate. There is sufficient parking in our driveway, with an automated gate for 5 cars.
