The public transportation is only 10mins on foot. Guest access You are renting the whole place, it is all yours. Other things to note Long stay guest for > 28 days, electricity must be paid by guest and the meter will be counted from first day of your stay and charge in government rate (5 THB/unit ONly) Important**Parking is on request & for guest only. Outside the building and condo area, you can park it for free in case you have visitors.
