Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park, 2 km from Cajarc (Lot), old mill from 1776, close to the owners' house, in a preserved natural setting, guaranteed tranquility, large private outdoor spaces, old mill pond nearby fed by the non-swimmable stream. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, shower room, 2 toilets, library/living room (art, prehistory, heritage, novels), piano, 2 bedrooms Great for couple + big child. Multiple tourism options. Pets are not allowed. The space The dining room on the ground floor has an oval table, Bertoia chairs, a buffet, two armchairs, and a wood-burning stove for the half season . There is also this level the kitchen opening onto the back terrace, the bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. The first floor living room has a desk and library with many books and important tourist documentation. It includes two sofas and a Togo armchair but no sleeping accommodations. Upstairs, an adult bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a desk, storage, and a children's bedroom with a 190 x 90 bed, a toilet with a cold water sink. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Guest access Detached house close to the owners' house, with private use of the outdoor spaces behind the house and the undergrowth crossed by the stream, for complete tranquility. Other things to note The house is supplied by a spring, the water from which we use ourselves for all purposes, but for safety reasons, we provide bottled mineral water for drinking. The mill pond may be accessible for swimming, if the presence of algae does not prevent it, but it is quite deep on one side, with no particular protection other than the low wall that surrounds it. Young children must remain under the supervision of their parents to avoid any accident. During the months of July and August, rentals are generally for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday.
