It was born from the desire to offer hospitality not only to tourists visiting Pavia but above all it is designed for those who come to the city for work or health reasons. In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the main medical institutions of Pavia (Policlinico San Matteo, Fondazione Maugeri, Istituto C. Mondino) and the university campuses in the Cravino area. In 10 minutes you can reach the station, the headquarters of the University and the historic center of Pavia. A few meters away is the city bus stop to the city. In addition, a discounted shuttle service is available upon request. The bed and breakfast occupies part of a villa with a garden that, after a complete renovation of the premises, will open its doors to its guests for the first time in July 2015, offering four rooms with a private bathroom and balcony, and can accommodate up to 12 people. A common room is available for guests where breakfast will be served and a relaxation area in front of the large fireplace, with free wi-fi and internet point, and where you can read a good book perhaps chosen from our library. Each room is carefully furnished; the charm of antique furniture and attention to detail create a warm and welcoming atmosphere just like at home. You can also choose the room with the colors you like best; soft pastel shades of pink, beige, violet and blue for a feeling of well-being and relaxation. All rooms are spacious and very bright, equipped with 32" TV, air conditioning, minibar, kettle for tea and herbal teas and have single or double beds. The bathrooms are spacious with large showers and equipped with hairdryers, towel warmers and bathrobes. Guest access Check-in time for the room is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition, upon request, it is possible to self check-in from 8:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m. Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. However, it is possible to leave luggage in storage until 7:00 p.m. A set of keys will be provided for the duration of your stay to allow you to access the property and your room independently.
