Located on the first floor of a semi-detached house, the apartment is spacious and bright. It has a balcony and a flat garden with a gazebo, table for outdoor lunches/dinners, barbecue and deckchairs for guests to relax. Ideal for families, it offers a private uncovered parking space under the house and free Wi-Fi. The space The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and everything you need to cook. The living room has a sofa bed, an extendable dining table and a Wi-Fi area. Recently renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds and a spacious bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of using an additional cot for an extra person. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
