La Scierie (Summer season)

Grand Comfort Accommodation: We offer the rental of at least a 21 m2 studio for 2 people, extendable up to 4 rooms for a maximum of 6 people, in a renovated former sawmill, located in the Vosges mountains. Our house is located in Lubine, in the Vosges department, 3 km from Alsace, in a valley between two forest massifs of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Natural Park. The meadow that surrounds it is bordered by a small private mountain river. The space In an atypical house (a hotel-type structure), the 21 m² studio for two people includes a kitchenette and access to the large room (not private) of the Sawmill (83 m²). We then provide one more room, bedroom or studio, for two additional guests, up to a maximum of 6 people in 4 rooms, with a total of two kitchenettes. New: An equipped kitchen adjoining the large room is at your disposal (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.). Each studio and bedroom has a shower, sink, hairdryer, private toilet, and TV. Each studio also has a refrigerator. Guests can also enjoy two terraces, one of which is covered, and a large balcony. Please note that the large room of the Scierie is not heated from mid-May to mid-September. In accordance with the rules laid down by Airbnb, our large room is a room for relaxation, conviviality and leisure (reading, Internet, family or friends' meals, etc.). Under no circumstances is it a party room. Consequently, and following abuses already noted, SOUND BROADCASTING is not allowed. Welcome to our biker friends to whom we can offer a secure garage to park up to four motorcycles. Note: A DISCOUNT will be applied if you book for two nights. An additional DISCOUNT will be applied if you book for a week. Guest access Our guests have access to their accommodation for 2 and up to 6 people. They also have the option to access the large guest room with an area of 83 m2. Our large guest room includes the mechanism of the old hydraulic sawmill from 1837. This is a rare remaining element of Vosges heritage. Other things to note We NEVER rent TO MULTIPLE families or entities at the same time. We provide bed sheets, towels and dish towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the displayed price. The accommodation and immediate surroundings have 3 high-speed Wi-Fi terminals (fiber optic Internet line and 5G Wi-Fi). At your request, we can provide a baby "parapluie" bed, baby chair, standing fan, vacuum cleaner, Teflon-soled steam iron and ironing board, as well as a pressure cooker. We offer you the possibility to pay by credit card on site, all the additional services that you have chosen. Tourist tax is collected directly by this site.
