French doors provide immediate access to the outdoor deck. -Bedroom #2 and #3 each have a queen bed with a futon. Walk-in closets and dressers provide ample storage - Downstairs living area has a large screen TV and WII with several games. It also has a pull-out couch and a blow-up air mattress. Right under the stair is a secret hiding area that has been specifically decorated for girls and can sleep 2 kids on caterpillows. - The back deck has a custom day bed swing and comfortable seating to enjoy the lake views. The Chauga and Tugaloo Rivers both meet right in front the dock providing great fishing and areas to explore in the canoe or paddle board. The dock is equipped with water and power. - This lake house is conveniently located close to a public boat launch. - Please no smokers, but pets are welcome with a Pet deposit. The bottom of the driveway provides adequate space for several vehicles.
