Located centrally in Hadleigh, Suffolk, Orchard End Barn is positioned in an ideal spot for nearby wedding venues and within a short walking distance of the High Street. A great base to discover Constable country, the Dedham Vale and the famous medieval town of Lavenham. Our delightful property offers one bedroom with ensuite shower room, a spacious open-plan living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Orchard End Barn has two peaceful and secluded courtyards for guests to enjoy. The space Our accommodation is situated in a peaceful location, tucked away from the road behind a lovely property on Benton Street. Orchard End Barn is light and spacious and we aim to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Kitchen: We have a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven/stove, Dualit kettle and toaster. Guests will find all the necessary cooking utensils and dinnerware they may require during their stay with us As well as salt, pepper, cooking oil and tea/coffee making facilities too. Living/Dining Room: A lovely, bright, light and spacious area to enjoy relaxing in. We have a wide variety of books and magazines for guests to peruse during their stay, as well as leaflets on 'Things to Do' in and around Hadleigh. Bedroom: We have one double bed with soft, white bed linen and bath towels. There is a small TV fitted to the wall, a chest of drawers and compact built-in wardrobe, as well as a hair dryer. En-Suite Shower: The en-suite is adjacent to the bedroom and has a fitted magnifying mirror, underfloor heating, a heated towel rail as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap for guests to use during their stay. We have an indoor airer, ironing board and iron as well as a shoe polishing kit, sewing kit and first aid kit, all of which can be found in the wardrobe or chest of drawers in the bedroom. Other things to note If guests are arriving by car, we just kindly ask that they park their vehicle(s) (we have space for a maximum of 2 cars) directly outside the front of our property on the gravel drive, or, in the enclosed barn garage. Just so there is plenty of access space left for our neighbours.
