Guest access The entire space is available to guests. Guests have access to the entire property which is one half of a duplex (semi-detached building) and a fenced backyard. The front driveway is shared between the two halves. IMPORTANT: The carport is only 1.85m high at the front end - suitable only for sedans. There is room next to the carport for taller vehicles. Wheelchair users please note: the front door has a step but access can be gained through the back door. All doors are standard width. Other things to note Pets are permitted outdoors in the fenced backyard, as well as indoors. There are commonsense guidelines for fur parents in the Guide Book inside the space, and we can leave furniture covers for fur babies upon request. As per Airbnb practice worldwide, we have zero tolerance for gatherings, events and parties. Use of the premises for escort work is also not permitted. Guests receive starter supplies (TP, soap, shampoo, rubbish bags, laundry detergent, coffee, tea) - further supplies need to be purchased. This applies to short and long term stays.
