Cozy studio with a hot tub and a comfortable terrace

We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance. The space The studio and hot tub are not overlooked, and are totally private. The Jacuzzi is covered, available, and heated year-round. It is totally reserved for you during your stay. The property is located 30 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. We are on the direct route (20 minutes) from Bordeaux Nord (Vinexpo, Cité Mondiale du Vin, Parc des Expositions, Matmut Atlantique Stadium, Casino). Oranges (citrus juicer provided), coffee, tea and chocolate are available for breakfast on your first night. A supermarket (open Sunday mornings) is available within a 5-minute drive. Guest access The accommodation is attached to our home, but totally independent. It has its own private entrance, and 2 secure and free parking spaces.
