Enjoy a morning walk down the quarter mile driveway listening to the many birds or sip your morning coffee by the commercial size (& solar heated!) swimming pool which over looks a private pond with hillside views🌄☀️💦. There are soooo many things to do in the area…. A favorite is the Ape Caves, just remember it’s cold under the earth! 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms, full-size kitchen with bar eating or dinning table, washer & dryer in the apartment & comfortable living/relaxing area. Guest access The commercial size, 60k gallon, saltwater, solar heated pool may be shared with host family or other Airbnb guests on site. During summer months, the pool may be rented for private gathering. Please contact us to see if there are any hours blocked during your stay. Commercial grade play structure for the kids. A variety of kid bikes, scooters & helmets provided which can be ridden down a 1/4 mile private drive, on the dirt bike hills in the field or massive paved parking area. Enjoy a picnic anywhere on the 10 acres! Next to the pond, pool, open fields w hillside view… any spot is a great spot! Other things to note This is an upstairs apartment, over a separate large shop. Drinks are welcome by the pool, plastic/tin only, please no glass. Bluetooth speaker available by pool for your choice of music. We’re located in the countryside and use local internet with recently added Starlink Wi-Fi. We work from home and find it reliable for most activities (about 98% of the time). On rare occasions, uploading or downloading large files may be slower. If the internet goes down, it’s usually due to weather or a local outage. Playground & assortment of bikes/scooters (helmets too) for kiddos! Life jackets & floaty’s for infant to 55lbs available. Our gated 60,000-gallon solar-heated saltwater pool offers serene country views as a bonus for overnight guests. Perfect for relaxing, unwinding, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It’s available for your enjoyment and may be shared with host family. On occasion it may be temporarily unavailable through private bookings via Swimply.
