The three bedrooms are available for groups of 5 or 6 people; for more guests, they can be enabled upon request with a small supplement per night, to be paid upon arrival. This way we guarantee comfort and flexibility according to your needs, keeping your stay totally cozy and private. Other things to note Upon arrival, a deposit of €200 (cash or Bizum) is requested, which is returned after departure once it has been verified that everything is in order. Check-in after 10:00 pm has a surcharge of €20. If there are fewer than 5 or 6 people but they want to use all 3 bedrooms, they can request it in advance by paying a small fee per night. The property has a key safe for independent check-in and check-out; the code will be provided after signing the contract and paying the deposit and rent, guaranteeing a comfortable and hassle-free arrival.
