Amrit Bhawan is a full-service boutique guesthouse with a private ghat on the Ganga, offering a homestyle experience to those in pursuit of simpler pleasures. This tariff is for reserving a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, with a private verandah/balcony overlooking the river. It is inclusive of breakfast, tea time snacks and dinner, as well as daily housekeeping. Our enthusiastic team is at your service from morning to night! The space The house has 3 floors (accessible by elevator), a cozy dining area, a library, and a lounge. The lush garden has a yoga deck overlooking the river. The ghat is ideal for a dip and there is also an inviting hot tub on the terrace. The ashram view rooms are well-lit, bright rooms with ensuite bathrooms, with all modern amenities. Common areas like the dining and living rooms, terrace and the outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Built as a modest family home in the 1970s with a charming garden by the river, Amit Bhawan has been expanded into a plush property and retrofitted with modern amenities. The guest rooms are bathed in natural light. Some of them feature private garden balconies, ideal for a cup of tea overlooking the garden, and some have bay windows which are perfect reading spots. While they vary in size, all rooms are thoughtfully designed and have desks, wardrobes, luggage racks and safes. Other things to note - We have a small A la carte menu with a selection of snacks and beverages, which are chargeable. - We are a 100% vegetarian property - we do not serve meat, eggs or alcohol on our premises.
