Fécamp: Ideal home for a peaceful vacation

My house is located 10 min walk from the city center, less than 5 min walk to a bakery and a swimming pool. The beach is 5 min drive, or 20 min walk. Its terrace is located facing south, it is very pleasant to spend time there all day, in a very quiet area. In summer, you can easily eat outside from morning to evening, and enjoy a space dedicated to "barbecue". My house is simply furnished for a family with 2 children. The garden has a swing set and a trampoline. The space Bedrooms have been redone this year. There are now 3 bedrooms with double beds. The photos will be arriving very soon. The bathroom is new from March 2026. A furnished shelter (pergola) will be set up to extend the time spent outside both day and night. The house is ideally located for a pleasant stay in Normandy. The house is non-smoking, and pet-free. Other things to note A deposit of €500, not collected, is required at the beginning of the stay. Cleaning is the responsibility of the occupants upon departure. A cleaning fee of €50 is offered by the young neighbors next door. Linens are not provided (sheets, towels) Only tea towels and hand towels are available. The single bed is 90 x 200, and the doubles are 160 x 200 and 140 x 200 with mattress protectors. Duvets and bare pillows are provided on their respective beds.
