The house is located on OMR IT Highway in a serene, quiet location with close proximity to supermarkets, IT companies, hotels, hospitals, ATM & pharmacies. The space This spacious house can comfortably accommodate five people. It is bright and airy and gets plenty of natural light. The adjacent studio apartment can be opened to accommodate additional guests at an extra cost. The living and dining room are fairly big, furnished with top notch furniture. A 32 Inch TV is available. There is a lovely outdoor sit-out balcony overlooking the street. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, 2 burner stoves, toaster and all the basic utensils are available. Well planned bedrooms that are tastefully furnished have attached large bathrooms with shower curtains. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. The house amenities include Wifi connection. A housekeeping charge of Rs.1500 for each short stay of one week or less is included. For every weekly extended stay, a charge of Rs. 1500 per week will be charged . Garbage collection and house and bathrooms cleaning once a day is included in this service. The caretaker will help in buying stores from the nearby supermarket. Electricity will be charged on actuals. You will have access to the terrace. A wheelchair is available on request. Smoking isn't allowed in the house.
