For 5 mainly children or only in summer if you want to come with friends or family. (2 beds in 160 + 1 crib + 1 bed in 80 ). Garden barbecue terrace with octagonal table for 8 people and 8 bistro chairs. The description below is written in detail for honesty and transparency about your place of stay for which you only have your personal belongings to carry. Indeed, all linens are provided at no extra charge as well as the basics of which you will find the list below and under the "other note" section. Winter heating and summer air conditioning are included in the price shown as well as wood for the barbecue. So no unpleasant surprises. The accommodation consists of a small house of 70 sqm on 1 floor and garden level terrace and relaxation area and free access to all the spaces on the property shared with the owners. This house is located on the 1st line of the farmhouse, independent, not overlooked by the owners, whose interior has been renovated in a contemporary style while preserving the charm of its Cevennes building. Immersion in nature with the comforts of home. The renovation of this small contemporary-style holiday home makes this accommodation enjoyable, bright, functional, and comfortable. The entrance is independent opening onto a ground floor living room consisting of a fitted and equipped kitchen: - new oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, small microwave oven/rotating heat - A table and chairs for indoor dining and a table and chairs on the same level outside the front door, which allows you to keep an ear out while the little ones are going to bed. This kitchen is arranged with storage cabinets in which you will find dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, small appliances: 2 coffee makers (1 classic filter coffee maker and 1 Senseo coffee maker), electric kettle, toaster, plunge blender, blinder, beater, small electric chopper, electric meat grill, raclette machine. Kitchen linen is provided: tablecloths, placemats, tea towels. To avoid basic groceries for a short trip or the first days of a longer trip, we provide: - milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, sugar, butter, homemade jams, fresh cream, bread. - salt, pepper, mustard, oil, vinegar, garlic, shallots, sweet onions of the Cevennes, 1 small white wine bottle for cooking, 1 small lemon bottle, spices, - Ketchup, BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, all homemade In addition: in Pomaret we drink tap water which is the water of our valley distributed by the municipality. but still: - parsley, chives, basil, mint: fresh available in your small garden. - Thyme, rosemary, savory, oregano, sage, and bay leaves are available fresh in our vegetable garden, where you can help yourself. - accessories: sopalin, film paper, aluminum paper, paper towels, garbage bags, ... - cleaning products and utensils, dishwasher products and washing machine. This kitchen opens to a living room separated by a spiral staircase. The living room features a 2-door sideboard with 3 deep central drawers, a SONY TV with instruction manual, an Orange Wi-Fi router with high-speed internet connection, a Freeview set-top box, and a DVD player, two modern LXVI-style armchairs, a very comfortable non-convertible sofa, a small vineyard-style table, a tall bookcase containing adult books and board games, children's books and games, and DVDs. A desk for remote work whose high speed wifi is great and ideal for video connections. This ground floor has nice lighting, the walls are embellished with paintings and the windows of pretty and cheerful double curtains. The paintings hanging on the walls are the creation of our son Alexis "Painter Artist", you have the opportunity to acquire them during your stay. The spiral staircase gives access to the floor serving a landing, a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom open to the mezzanine and stairs, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet area with hanging toilet. A safety gate for young children is installed at the top of the stairs. The bathroom and toilet are accessible through the second bedroom. It should be noted this configuration for the 1st bedroom which has to go through the mezzanine to access the bathroom/toilet. - 1st bedroom: large room with bedding in 160, new and comfortable, embellished with a beautiful headboard, painting on the wall, 2 nightstands on each side of the bed with 2 lamp lights with a back and forth, 2 small bedside lamps, 2 bed descents. A 3-door wardrobe: 1/3 linen and 2/3 hanging rack. This room is lit by a bay window overlooking a small flowered balcony and a second smaller window, equipped with double curtains. 1 neatly prepared crib (0-3 years) is installed only when needed so as not to clutter the room unnecessarily. Bed linen is provided: bed sheets, duvet cover, pillows, duvet in winter and boutis in summer. The bed is carefully prepared for your arrival. - 2nd bedroom opening onto the mezzanine and the staircase: includes a comfy 160-cm pull-out bed, a pull-out 80-cm sofa bed for a child, a 1-door chest of drawers with shelves and a wardrobe, a modern floor lamp, and paintings on the walls. The BZs (in 160 and 80) are unfolded into a bed only if there is a need not to clutter the room if sleeping is not necessary. This room is lit by a small window that overlooks one of our private paths surrounding the property and the river. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this 2nd bedroom gives access to the bathroom and toilet. So you have to go through this room, so there is no privacy for two couples unless longtime friends. This 2nd bedroom is more for children. Bed linen is provided as well as pillows, duvets, at your disposal and according to your free installation. Beds are carefully prepared upon arrival. - Pleasant bathroom composed of a basin on a 2-door storage unit, a spacious shower cubicle equipped with a central ceiling shower, a shower hose, multi jet and a seat, storage furniture in columns matching the vanity unit as well as accessories (matching towel rail, 2 brass shower racks, small dirty laundry basket, small trash can) electric towel radiator. A large number of bath towels are provided: shower linens, towels, gloves. Essentials provided: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, cotton swab, first aid kit, 70° alcohol, cotton, 1 toothbrush and 1 disposable razor if needed. A small window opens to your private garden. The water is fresh and not limestone in Pomaret, your skin is not irritated. - Separate toilet area with hanging toilet, small wall storage cabinet containing toilet paper and cleaning products. Outdoors: A metal staircase, secured for young children, gives access to the garden level composed of a pleasant barbecue dining terrace, garden, relaxation area. A second stone staircase, a little further away, also allows access to the garden level through the driveway under mimosas. This garden level has access to a room that acts as a summer kitchen and laundry room and a separate toilet area. This garden level consists of a pleasant garden terrace meal with barbecue Afterwards, an alley under mimosas serves the relaxing garden area and then gives private access to the spaces surrounding the property. - The garden level room serving as a summer kitchen consists of cabinets arranged under the countertop, a nice capacity fridge freezer, a small oven, a filter coffee maker, a LXV style buffet painted in high glazed white containing dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, raclette set. Everything is at your disposal in duplicate to avoid going up and down: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, mustard, coffee, filters, etc.Everything necessary for the barbecue is in a storage closet of this room. A very useful outdoor secure electrical outlet is positioned under the base of the street lamp on your dining terrace. This room also serves as a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Dishwashing products and washing machine are provided. For babies and young children, this room provides free of charge: umbrella bed, high chair, 2 chair boosters, 1 pot and 1 wc reducer. - In front of this room is a toilet area with hanging toilet: toilet paper and cleaning products provided. - Garden terrace meal composed of a barbecue with accessories and wood provided, a large octagonal table and very comfortable "bistro" armchairs, umbrella, sunbeds, children's outdoor games (small slide, small baby swing (15kgs), small rocking swing, ...) - An alley under mimosas gives access to the relaxation area and pathways around the property. - The lounge area consists of lounge chairs, small tables and umbrella. At the entrance to the property: a swing set and a trampoline for the kids to enjoy. Additionally: At the bottom of the property, crossing the road: the river (the Gardon de Saint-Jean) whose private area is reserved for you with sun loungers. The plots on each side of the Gardon are part of the property and are free to access. A small path serves these plots on each side of the river which, if you wish, leads you into the forest and allows you a very pleasant hike from 1.5 to 2 hours without taking your vehicle. So you are not limited to your rental perimeter, you have free access to all the exteriors of the property including the private beach (just for you). Vehicles after unloading your luggage are parked at the entrance of the property on a space provided for this purpose and safely. The paths around the property are therefore pedestrianized. Children can ride bikes on these paths safely. You can bring your bikes that will be sheltered next to your home. Friends bikers, you are welcome. A barn next to your accommodation allows you to park your motorcycles in the shelter. It is best to come with a vehicle not too low to climb our private pathway that you can view in the photos. Spacious parking at the entrance of the property allowing the parking of several vehicles: car, van, trailers, 4x4, etc.... Guest access All exteriors, wooded areas and meadows, are accessible to guests by our private paths surrounding the property as well as a private corner by the river below. (You have to cross the departmental road) No difficulty parking in the entrance of the property in a space provided for this purpose and in complete safety. A barn located next to your accommodation allows you to park motorcycles, bicycles, in the shelter. Parking at the entrance to the property for any vehicle: car, van, trailers, etc... You have free access to the river and a small private beach just for you; the plots on either side of this river are our property, so the riverbed is part of our property. You are not restricted to your rental area; you have free access to the large shared spaces, as do your pets if they are not aggressive. Other things to note For stays during the summer or school vacation periods, the minimum stay is 7 days: from Saturday to Saturday. For stays outside the summer period, the minimum length is 2 days. For weekend stays, from Friday to Sunday, please send us a request in advance, as our schedules are flexible. Indeed, you have the option to arrive on Friday at noon and leave on Sunday evening. A prior request is required for scheduling, as the minimum stay on weekdays is 2 days. A cleaning fee of €80 will be payable directly on site, not included in the cost of your online booking. It is best to pay this cleaning fee in cash to the housekeeper, for whom I am only the intermediary. Vehicle: It is best to come to Pomaret to take our private path with a vehicle not too low. If your vehicle is low, we will offer you a parking space at the communal road level, a little further away to unload your luggage but it is done without difficulty. Hygiene: All sanitary rules are respected seriously, your little house is disinfected and ventilated wide after each stay. Pets: We only accept one pet. Please note that only your private terrace area can be fenced and has a retractable screen and a wooden gate. Indeed, in view of the large spaces, the property is not fenced. Your pet will be able to enjoy the wide open spaces under your vigilance but in general they do not move away and stay close to their masters. Your private dining terrace area can be closed, so you can leave your pet at large without having to constantly monitor them if they are runaway. Stay ideal for masters and animals. Important: We advise you to have your pet vaccinated against leishmaniasis before your arrival and/or ask your veterinarian for advice. Cleaning: Upon check-out, guests are asked to leave the accommodation tidy and reasonably clean. Dishes need to be washed and put away, and garbage needs to be taken out and placed in the bins down the street from the property. The €80 package includes the provision of linens, beds made upon your arrival, and a full cleaning service upon your departure, based on the number of people, the length of stay, and the condition of the property upon your departure. Prices include the provision of: 1/ - Bed linen for each of the beds as well as duvets, duvet covers, pillows. 2/ - Towels of different sizes + gloves, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. 3/ - Toilet paper, 4/ - Kitchen linens (tea towels, tablecloth, paper towels, sopalin, placemats,...) 5/ - The careful preparation of the beds for your arrival. 6/ - Basic items and condiments provided but not renewed during your stay, namely: - coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, sugar, butter, homemade jams, - oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, onions, shallots, - In season: fruits and vegetables from our vegetable garden, from a reasoned culture, - fresh spices and condiments: parsley, chives, celery, basil, mint, thyme, savory, rosemary, oregano, sage, coriander, in season in your small garden and vegetable garden. - dishwasher and washing machine products - for cleaning: all the necessary cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, etc... - for ironing: ironing board and steam iron. - for children: 1 umbrella bed, 1 80 bed heater, high chair, seat booster, potty, toilet reducer, games, books, DVD... 7/ - Heating and air conditioning are included as well as wood for the barbecue. 8/ - For stays of several weeks, linens are changed on the 7th day. Products are not renewed during your stay. Regarding housekeeping on your exit. A mandatory fee of €80 is to be paid in cash for the cleaning lady and cleaning products so that the guests after you can find the property in the same condition as when you checked in. Thank you for the housekeeper, whose working time is 5 hours. This package is for stays of at least 7 days; for shorter stays, we will determine the price at the time of the exit inventory.
