This 70 m² house is very spacious for 2, very pleasant for 4. For 5 mainly children or only in summer if you want to come with friends or family. (2 beds of 160 + 1 baby bed + 1 bed of 80). Garden terrace barbecue with octagonal table for 8 people and 8 bistro chairs. The description below is written in detail for the sake of honesty and transparency about your place of stay for which you only have your personal belongings to transport. Indeed, all linens are provided at no extra cost as well as the basic items listed below and in the "other remarks" section. Heating in winter and air conditioning in summer are included in the price displayed as well as wood for the barbecue. So no surprises. The accommodation consists of a small 70 m² house on 1 floor and garden level terrace and relaxation area and free access to all spaces on the property shared with the owners. This house is located on the 1st line of the farmhouse, independent, not overlooked by the owners, whose interior has been renovated in a contemporary style while preserving the charm of its Cévennes-style building. Immerse yourself in nature with the comfort of home. The renovation of this small contemporary-style vacation home makes this accommodation pleasant, bright, functional and comfortable. The entrance is independent, opening onto a ground floor living room consisting of a fitted and equipped kitchen: - new oven, ceramic hob, range hood, fridge, dishwasher, small microwave oven/fan heater - table and chairs for indoor dining. This kitchen is equipped with storage cupboards in which you will find dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, small appliances: 2 coffee makers (1 classic filter coffee maker and 1 Senseo coffee maker), electric kettle, toaster, immersion blender, food processor, mixer, small electric chopper, electric meat grill, raclette machine. Kitchen linens are provided: tablecloths, placemats, tea towels. To avoid basic shopping for a short stay or the first days of a longer stay, we provide: - milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, sugar, butter, homemade jams, crème fraîche, bread. - salt, pepper, mustard, oil, vinegar, garlic, shallots, sweet Cévennes onions, 1 small bottle of white wine for cooking, 1 small bottle of lemon, spices, - ketchup, BBQ sauce, homemade sweet & spicy chutney, tomato sauce, homemade - and small savory and sweet "baby" jars (homemade: fruits & vegetables from the farmhouse) In addition: in Pomaret we drink tap water which is the water of our valley distributed by the municipality. but also: - parsley, chives, basil, mint: fresh available in your small garden. - thyme, rosemary, savory, oregano, sage, bay leaf, fresh available in your small garden or in our vegetable garden where you can go and help yourself. - accessories: paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper napkins, garbage bags, etc. - cleaning products and utensils, dishwasher and washing machine products. This kitchen opens onto a living room separated by a spiral staircase. The living room is composed of a sideboard with 2 doors and 3 deep central drawers, a SONY TV with instructions, a high-speed Wi-Fi box and TNT decoder and a VCR, two LXVI modern style armchairs, a very comfortable non-convertible sofa, a small wine table, a high bookcase including adult books and board games, children's books and games, DVDs. A teleworking desk with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection that is great and ideal for video connections. This ground floor has pleasant lighting, the walls are decorated with paintings and the windows have pretty and cheerful double curtains. The paintings hanging on the walls are the creation of our son Alexis "Painter", you have the opportunity to acquire them during your stay. The spiral staircase gives access to the floor serving a landing, a large bedroom, a smaller bedroom open to the mezzanine and the staircase, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet area with suspended toilet. A safety gate for young children is installed at the top of the stairs. The bathroom and toilet are accessible through the second bedroom. Note this configuration for the 1st bedroom which must pass through the mezzanine to access the bathroom/toilet. - 1st bedroom: large bedroom with 163" bedding, new and comfortable, embellished with a beautiful headboard, picture on the wall, 2 nightstands on each side of the bed with 2 lights with toggle switch, 2 small bedside lamps, 2 bedside rugs. A 3-door wardrobe: 1/3 lingerie and 2/3 wardrobe. This room is lit by a bay window overlooking a small flowered balcony and a second smaller window, equipped with double curtains. 1 carefully prepared baby bed (0 to 3 years) is installed only when needed so as not to clutter the room unnecessarily. Bedding is provided: sheets, duvet cover, pillows, duvet in winter and summer quilt. The bed is carefully prepared for your arrival. - 2nd bedroom opens onto the mezzanine and the staircase: composed of a comfortable 160 sofa bed, a 80 sofa bed for children, a 1-door wardrobe with shelves and a closet, modern floor lamp, pictures on the walls and additional lighting by a remote-controlled color-changing LED strip, for the children's enjoyment. The sofa beds (160 and 80) are unfolded into beds only when necessary so as not to clutter the room if sleeping is not necessary. A second baby bed (0 to 3 years) also installed only when needed so as not to clutter this room unnecessarily. This room is lit by a small window overlooking one of our private paths surrounding the property and the river. I draw your attention to the fact that this 2nd bedroom gives access to the bathroom and toilet. You have to go through this room, so there is no privacy for two couples unless they are long-time friends. This 2nd bedroom is more suitable for children. Bedding is provided as well as pillows, duvets, at your disposal and according to your free installation. Beds are carefully prepared upon arrival. - Pleasant bathroom consisting of a vanity on a 2-door storage cabinet, a spacious shower cubicle equipped with a central ceiling shower, a hand shower, multi-jets and a seat, column storage cabinets matching the vanity as well as accessories (matching towel rail, 2 brass bathrobes, small dirty laundry basket, small garbage can) electric towel dryer radiator. A large number of towels are provided: shower sheets, towels, gloves. Basic items provided: soap, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, cotton swab, first aid kit, 70° alcohol, cotton, 1 toothbrush and 1 disposable razor if needed. A small window opens to your private garden. The water is soft and non-calcareous in Pomaret, your skin is not irritated. - Independent toilet area with suspended toilet, small wall storage cabinet containing toilet paper and cleaning products. Exterior: A metal staircase, safe for young children, gives access to the ground floor composed of a pleasant barbecue dining terrace, garden, relaxation area. A second stone staircase, a little further away, also provides access to the ground floor through the driveway under mimosas. This ground floor gives access to a room that serves as a summer kitchen and laundry room and to a separate toilet area. This ground floor consists of a pleasant garden-terrace dining area with barbecue Next, a driveway under mimosas leads to the garden relaxation area and then gives private access to the spaces surrounding the property. - The ground floor garden room serving as a summer kitchen consists of fitted cupboards under the worktop, a large capacity fridge freezer, a small oven, a filter coffee maker, a white-painted LXV-style high-glazed buffet containing dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, raclette service. Everything is at your disposal in duplicate to avoid you going up and down: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, mustard, coffee, filters, etc. Everything you need for the barbecue is in a storage cupboard in this room. A very useful outdoor secure electrical outlet is positioned under the base of the lamp on your dining terrace. This room also serves as a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Dishwashing and laundry products are provided. For babies and young children, this room provides free of charge: baby bed, highchair, 2 chair boosters, 1 potty and 1 toilet seat reducer. - In front of this room is a toilet area with suspended toilet: toilet paper and cleaning products provided. - Garden-terrace dining area composed of a barbecue with accessories and wood provided, a large octagonal table and very comfortable "bistro" armchairs, parasol, deckchairs, outdoor games for children (small slide, small baby swing (15 kg), small rocking swing, etc.) - A driveway under mimosas gives access to the relaxation area and the paths around the property. - The relaxation area consists of sun loungers, small tables and parasol. Additionally: At the bottom of the property, across the road: the river (the Gardon de Saint-Jean) with a private corner reserved for you with deckchairs. The plots on each side of the Gardon are part of the property and are freely accessible. A small path serves these plots on each side of the river which, if you wish, leads you into the forest and allows you a very pleasant hike of 1.5 to 2 hours without taking your vehicle. You are therefore not limited to your rental area, you have free access to all the exteriors of the property including the private beach (just for you). Vehicles after unloading your luggage are parked at the entrance to the property in a space provided for this purpose and in complete safety. The paths around the property are therefore pedestrian. Kids can ride bikes on these paths safely. You can come with your bikes which will be safe next to your house. Biker friends, you are welcome. A barn next to your accommodation allows you to park your motorcycles safely. It is best to come with a vehicle that is not too low to go up our private access road that you can see in the photos. Spacious parking at the entrance to the property allowing the parking of several vehicles: car, van, trailers, 4x4, etc. Thank you for taking the time to read this entire description for your complete information. Guest access All exteriors, wooded areas and meadows, are accessible to guests by our private roads surrounding the property as well as a private area by the river below. (You have to cross the departmental road) No difficulty parking in the entrance of the property on a space provided for this purpose and in complete safety. A barn located next to your accommodation allows you to park motorcycles, bicycles, under cover. Parking at the entrance to the property for any vehicle: car, van, trailers, etc... You have free access to the river and to a quiet private place, the plots on each side of this river are our property. You are not limited to your rental perimeter; you have free access to the large spaces shared with the owners as well as your animals if they are not aggressive. Other things to note For stays only on weekends, from Friday to Sunday, send us a request in advance. The schedules are different. Indeed, you have the option to arrive on Friday at noon and leave on Sunday evening. A prior request is required for the agenda because the minimum during the week is 3 days. A cleaning fee of €50 will be payable directly on site. Vehicle: it is best to come to Pomaret to take our private road with a vehicle that is not too low. If your vehicle is low, we will offer you a parking space at the level of the municipal road, a little further away to unload your luggage but it can be done without difficulty. Hygiene: All health rules are strictly respected, your small house is disinfected and ventilated after each stay. Pets: we accept only one pet. Please note that only your private terrace area can be fenced and has a retractable screen and a wooden barrier. Indeed, in view of the large spaces, the property is not fenced. Your pet will be able to enjoy the great outdoors under your supervision, but in general they do not stray and stay close to their owners. Your private terrace dining area can therefore be closed, you can leave your pet free without having to constantly monitor it if it is a runner. Ideal stay for owners and animals. Important: We recommend that you have your pet vaccinated against leishmaniasis before your arrival and/or ask your veterinarian for advice. Cleaning: upon checkout, guests are kindly requested to clean the property in order to leave a clean and welcoming home for future occupants as you found it on arrival (including cleaning the garbage cans and barbecue). Otherwise, a fee of €60 to €80 will be payable immediately depending on the length of stay and number of people. Option: If you don't want to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, no worries, we offer you the possibility to do it for you. In this condition, a cleaning fee will be payable before your departure in an amount ranging between €50 and €80 depending on the length of stay and the number of people. Just let us know during your stay. Prices include the provision of: 1/ - Bed linen for each bed as well as duvets, duvet covers, pillows. 2/ - Towels of different sizes + gloves, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. 3/ - Toilet paper, 4/ - Kitchen linens (tea towels, tablecloth, paper towels, paper towels, placemats, etc.) 5/ - Careful preparation of the beds for your arrival. 6/ - Basic items and condiments provided but not replenished during your stay, namely: - coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, sugar, butter, homemade jams, - oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic, onions, shallots; homemade sauces, - small homemade savory and sweet "baby" pots with fruits & vegetables from our pesticide-free production. - In season: fruits and vegetables from our garden, from a reasoned culture, - fresh spices and condiments: parsley, chives, celery, basil, mint, thyme, savory, rosemary, oregano, sage, coriander, in season in your small garden. - dishwasher and washing machine products - for cleaning: all necessary cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, etc... - for ironing: ironing board and steam iron. - for children: 1 baby bed, 1 80 cm bed warmer, high chair, seat boosters, potty, toilet reducer, games, books, DVDs... 7/ - Heating and air conditioning are included as well as wood for the barbecue. 8/ - For stays of several weeks, linens are changed on the 7th day.
