The guest house spans approximately 1,000 square feet and features cathedral ceilings, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and a twin rollaway cot (upon request), accommodating up to three guests comfortably. ⚠️ Important Safety & Access Information This property is not child-proofed and includes significant elevation changes. Access to the guest house requires climbing approximately 20 interior stairs. The upper driveway and surrounding grounds include steep drop-offs with 12+ foot fall hazards. There are no child safety gates, safety rail enclosures, or barrier fencing on the property. Due to the natural terrain and elevated setting, this property may not be suitable for all guests.
