Apartments NOEMI, each for 4 persons, are situated in one house which is divided into 3 apartments. The owners live in on premises of the house. Apartments Noemi are located in a small village named Perci, around 10 km from Porec and 5km from the beach, on it's own property of 1000 m2 (sqm). The apartments Noemi surfaces are around 60 m2 (sqm) each, is located on the ground floor and/or 1st floor of the house, and it has it's own separate entrance. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED ON SATURDAYS.
