Large and beautiful house opened on a hidden garden with swimming pool, and terraces, with a surface area of 200 sqm. in the Cimiez district of Nice. The sunset from the upper terrace has a magnificent view on the coast and Regina Hotel. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with single bed). Washing machine and Nespresso are also included. AirCon in bedrooms has been added since April 2023. You can also enjoy an outdoor area equipped with a garden, 2 terraces with outdoor furniture and an outdoor swimming pool. You can therefore enjoy the beautiful summer afternoons. Other things to note We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.
