Villa Vestica, big terrace with sea view, parking

Our place is located in a quiet village Seoce 4 km uphill from the center of Budva and 3 km from the Jaz Beach. It has a great sea view from the large terrace for guests and its own parking space. It is suitable for guests who come by a car or a motorcycle. The altitude of the house is approximately 220 meters above the sea level and it is really not comfortable for guests who don't have their own vehicle. Everything is clean and cozy. We keep two cats, so the pets are welcome. The space Guests have at their disposal a two bedroom apartment in the house, with small entrance hall and a bathroom. In the bigger room there is a mini kitchen with a fridge and basic dishes and outside there is also a mini cooker. oven and the fridge. Dinning table is on the terrace. Guests have their own private bathroom with shower and basic cosmetics: liquid soap, toilet paper, towels and the washing machine. Really big terrace is also for guests which is practically used as an additional open space living room with the sea view. Over the day there is a beautiful shade on the swing sofa. Villa Vestica is for practical purposes only reachable by bikes & cars, but it has its own parking space within the property which is a rare comodity in Budva. Guest access Take the main road Budva - Kotor. After three kilometers (El Ray caffe), turn right to the road that leads you uphill. There is a sign SEOCE. You have to ride one kilometer more to the apartment. It is the first right turn after you exit Budva and pass the tunnel. Go uphill for 400 meters and than take the first right turn. After you turned right, continue driving for approximately 600 meters more, pass Vila Sv. Nikola, Vila Palma and the Basketball hoop on the road. Then go for another 100m and turn left uphill (there is a road right also), you go between the stone houses uphill and you see electricity station-little white house. On the right from that station is open garage, that is your place. Villa Vestica is on the left hand side on the road, right across Marinovic Apartments (big yellow house with a parking in front). The easiest way is to hear with you and I can wait for you in El Ray cafe on the main road Budva - Kotor.
