The complex was renovated by the Casadio family, with bio-architecture criteria, use of ecological and natural materials, and attention to electrosmog. It is a family-run Boutique Hotel, with a maximum capacity of 40 beds, in different comfort solutions. Inside the property you will find the rooms, apartments, 1 restaurant, 1 reception and 1 swimming pool with hydromassage corner. Here you can spend a truly unique stay and dining experience (food and wine) throughout the year. The poolside kiosk, nestled in the green hills, offers the opportunity to enjoy quick lunches and pleasant aperitifs with background music. The property is also available for weddings, buffets, corporate and private events, and has a large private parking lot. Other things to note For those who wish, the stay in the apartment offers hotel treatment: 1) Buffet breakfast at an additional cost of €10.00 per person/per day, upon request. It can be booked at check-in or during your stay. It is served at the restaurant inside the property, with a panoramic view, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast includes: coffee, cappuccino or tea, brioches of your choice; bread and jams of our production. If you prefer savory, cold cuts and cheeses. Yogurt and seasonal fruit (oranges, apples, etc.), fruit juice. 2) Half-board service at dinner, at the customer's request. Or you can always book dinner at the restaurant and order à la carte, with a wide choice of wines. The restaurant is open all year round for dinner. Holidays and Sundays also at lunch.
