Villa Ianos

The space Villa Ianos is set right by the sea in beautiful Kalamata, 230Km Northwest of Athens, and a mere 10Km from Kalamata International Airport, connected to numerous European cities. 300 square meters in all, it extends to two storeys. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, each with its dedicated bathroom/wc facilities, while the attic features one more bedroom with a WC. On the ground floor there are two sitting rooms fitted with fireplaces, two dining rooms, an office, a WC and a kitchen with an additional aid room. Additional amenities include a home cinema system with an 103inches display, HDTVs, a gaming console, HiFi stereo, computers and unlimited WiFi internet connection. All rooms boast a magnificent view over the Messinian gulf, and all that not at the slightest compromise of the resident’s privacy. A short path right beside the house leads to an almost private secluded beach with clear water perfect to swimming. As for the town itself, it features all kinds of beaches for swimming or strolls, seaside restaurants and bars, and a private yacht marina. It is the idea starting point for daily excursions to a host of important sites, as Pylos, with the palace of King Nestor, Koroni and Methoni with their castles, the unique Diros caves, Ancient Olympia and of course the adjacent Mani, with the famous Kardamili and Stoupa. Cleaning, breakfast and meals by qualified personnel can be arranged upon the residents’ request. Car rental and transfer services are also available.
