The space This charming little penty is in an old 19th century Breton farmhouse. Renovated with quality materials, you will find the charm of the countryside, while being close to the sea (1.8 km) for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor, a living room with dining area, TV, Wi-Fi, sofa bed (120 x 190 cm, quality mattress, daily bedding), Godin stove in the large fireplace (wood provided for the first fire), an open equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet. To go upstairs, the staircase is steep, miller ladder type (see photo), requiring vigilance with young children. Upstairs, sleeping on mezzanine: two 90 x 200 beds (recent bedding), dresser and clothes rack. Linens are provided. This includes bed linen, 3 tea towels and bathroom linen (1 shower sheet, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person). Beds are made upon arrival so you feel on vacation as soon as you arrive. It will only take you 5 minutes and a few pedal strokes to reach the first beach... We provide the necessary cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, laundry, etc.), toilet paper, kitchen items (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) as well as breakfast (coffee, tea, filters, etc.), a meal (pasta, tomato sauce, a can of tuna) at the start of our rentals and we would like the principle to be that everyone replenishes these before their departure. This is based on the idea that it's always nicer when you arrive on vacation to be able to "settle in", without having to run straight to the nearest store, especially if your arrival is late!
