Studio with sea view in a green setting in Beauséjour Sainte-Marie Pleasant studio on the ground floor of a contemporary family villa, you will enjoy a small tropical garden and a superb unobstructed view of the Indian Ocean. The space Please read to the end! The studio is fully equipped and air-conditioned. It includes a fitted kitchen, a queen size double bed, a private bathroom and an outdoor terrace. It is ideally located for a tourist or business stay in a quiet area 10 min drive from the airport and the technopole and 10 min walk from all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, butcher, restaurant, florist, hairdresser...) as well as bus stops to access the whole island. Ideal for a single person or couple, one or two young children can be accommodated for an extra €10/child. A baby bed can be provided. Check-in is autonomous thanks to the provision of a key box. Depending on the arrival time (from 3 p.m.) or departure time (before 11 a.m.) and the day of the week, we will not necessarily be present. But the entrance is independent and accessible by a spiral staircase after crossing the garden of your hosts. You will have access to Wi-Fi and TNT channels. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as small toiletries if you need them. As the access road to the villa is under easement and one way, parking at the villa is only possible for one car. Parking is however possible and free on the main street 200 m from the house. Beware for people allergic to cats, two specimens live in the property and are likely to pay you small visits! Parties are strictly forbidden. The studio is non-smoking. In addition, in order to guarantee our privacy and tranquility, visits must be avoided as much as possible. Finally, Réunion being a mountainous volcanic island and the villa being located halfway up the slope, some of you may find access "difficult". A 10% slope of 50 m is indeed to be taken to access the parking lot, this also allows us to enjoy an exceptional 300° view of a large part of the northern coast of the island, a view that is perhaps a little worth it 😉 ------ Possibility of airport transfers depending on our availability and subject to pricing conditions.
