Bright and cozy peaceful oasis

Very quiet & bright apartment near the city center 20 min walk from the train station, located in a very quiet family residential area and close to shops (10 min), in a quiet and secure residence. The 60 m2 apartment is fully equipped. Recently renovated, it is very pleasant to live in, warm, comfortable, a true haven of peace. The living room and balcony overlook a small wooded garden and the birds sing every morning! The space The apartment has just been redone. It therefore has all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is open to the living room, which makes a large living room, with a bay window overlooking a double balcony. The toilet is separate. Guest access You will have a private bedroom, with a double bed (sheets and towels provided) and a dresser reserved for your belongings. The rest of the apartment is to be shared with me: living room, dining room, balcony, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and loggia. You will have access to all the necessary amenities: Wi-Fi and RJ45 connection in the bedroom, a compartment in the fridge and freezer, all dishes and appliances, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning in the living room, etc. During your stay I live in the apartment since there are two bedrooms. I will therefore be very available to welcome you, give you information and lots of advice about the neighborhood. I am a casual worker in the entertainment industry, so I alternate periods of work during which I am absent during the day during the week, with periods of rest during which I occupy the apartment more often during the week. To request accommodation, I prefer that you send me a personalized message introducing yourself rather than an automatic request. I'll try to answer you as soon as I can! On the other hand, I insist on respecting the arrival times because on several occasions the travelers arrived after 11 p.m. and unfortunately I cannot accommodate people so late. Other things to note One important thing before making your booking request: - The apartment is new, so I ask guests to respect the place and amenities and treat them with care (which seems obvious to me but is not for everyone) and since we will share the apartment, it is important to respect certain rules of living together :)
