Cosy clean room in the best area of R'dam!

My apartment is just renovated, so everything new and clean! The Volmarijnstraat is a very lovely street in the nicest area (West) in Rotterdam. Next to this street there is the Nieuwe Binnenweg, where you can find all the things you need: public transportation, supermarkets, cafes, small restaurants and design- and vintage shops. The street itself is very quit, so you will sleep like a baby. The space First and second floor. First floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, balcony. Second floor: bathroom, washing machine, two bedrooms (one for you, one for me). The bathroom is between the rooms. During your stay I am living with my flatmate in this apartment and when I am on holiday I rent my room. My flatmate is the best, so will answer all your questions.
