"Mein Chalet Tirol" - new house, top location

We built “Mein Chalet Tirol” in summer 2020. We think it's in an enviable location! RELAX - HERE YOU CAN! "My Chalet" is an independent house, cozy, casual and modern. We want you to feel really comfortable with us! We think that with us you have a wonderful retreat in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. Enjoy YOUR time with us! Start alpine adventures right on your doorstep! No matter when: winter, summer, spring or autumn! The space WELCOME! We fulfilled our dream and built our house and "My Chalet" in the beautiful Leutasch in summer 2020. The total living space is approx. 80 square meters, the ground floor being 50 square meters and a steep wooden staircase leading to a large gallery. Cozy with natural carpeting. The gallery invites you to chill out and linger: the reading corner with lounge cushions invites you to relax. 2 sleeping possibilities are on the gallery. You can expect a healthy living climate, wooden stand construction, lots of light and space and self-regulating underfloor heating throughout the chalet. The spacious and modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: coffee maker, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer are available. There is also a small freezer compartment in the large refrigerator. The chalet has a separate bedroom with a box spring bed; in the living room there is a double sofa bed (with slatted frame and high quality mattress). There are two more beds in the gallery. In total, the house offers 6 beds. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet and hairdryer. The spacious terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains faces east and south. A small supermarket is only 200 meters away. It is possible to have breakfast in the neighboring hotel (with advance notice against payment).
