Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats. The space Fresh, clean and peaceful. Beach is one street over (3 minute walk) great surfing, fishing and swimming. Parking is on the street or the grass berm right outside the property within 0.5m.
