The Little House in the Garden

The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us. The space Located at the top of the Roseland peninsula, we are perfectly positioned for days out to The Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan (approx 15mins), the stunning beaches of the Roseland, such as Carne, Pendower, and Porthcurnick (now known for the Hidden Hut). St Mawes is a short drive away and from here you can get a boat to Falmouth. The historic harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey are about 15 minutes away, and the great surfing beaches of the North coast about 30 minutes drive. The Cathedral city of Truro is 15 minutes from Grampound, and has lots of lovely eateries and shops. Guest access You can park your car in our private parking area situated behind the house and access the house through the garden gate and your own private front door. We now have the on-site facility to offer electric car charging if required by arrangement and is charged at the current unit cost. Other things to note Please note that the little house has a kitchenette and not a fully functioning kitchen. It has a kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge and a newly added airfryer. Check in is from 3.00 but sometimes depending on other bookings we can be flexible. Check out is by 10.00.
