Spacious Apartment with Great Amenities & Garage

A lovely feel for this spacious flat (70 m2 / 753 sq. ft) inside of a family house with private entrance. Double bedroom, open plan living area with office area and two 120cm (47") wide comfortable beds (no sofa sleeping here), large kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Close to central bus station, tram station or 20 min walk from the centre but very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Shops are nearby as well as nice local cafes and restaurants. Parking is available on the street or in our garage. The space The apartment has 70m2 which makes it perfect for longer stays. You will feel yourself at home since it is fully equipped. Starting with kitchen, which has all the appliances you could need, such as dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, different coffee machines and of course oven and the stove. Living room has a spacious office area where you can work or create. There is an extra monitor which you can use. The engineering drawing board gives a little bit of old-school touch. The lounge area can be fully opened to the garden which gives you a feeling of sitting on balcony. IPTV is at your disposal with hundreds of channels, also premium ones like HBO so you don't need to miss your favourite show while you are away from home. There is also Netflix and PrimeVideo. In the evening you can adjust the variable ambient lights to fit your mood with thousands of different colours and set-ups. Two sofas in the living room are actually two 120cm (47") wide beds with comfy matrasses for a good night sleep. Bedroom has a king-size bed and lots of closet storage space. There is a TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Bathroom has a whirlpool, so you can relax yourself after work or exploring Zagreb. You will find hair dryer, shampoos and towels. Air-condition in the summer months (or whenever you think it is too hot) and floor heating in the cold months will make your stay as comfortable as it gets. Guest access Whole appartment is at your disposal. Other things to note You will also find some welcome drinks, coffee, and cooking basics as you arrive. Note: This is what annoys us when we travel and we cannot have a coffee in the next morning without going to the supermarket first.
