Nice air-conditioned villa, close to the BARCARES with swimming pool heated to 28°, not far from shops. The pool requires a little maintenance from you. Barcares is located 2 km by road, but the beaches are accessible via the Agly greenway which passes right behind us. Perpignan is about 15 km away and the beaches of Leucate ( naturists) is 7 km away. The beds are 140 beds WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE BED LINEN, OR THE TOWELS.! ! SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!! The space The house has a large living room and an American kitchen. Each room is equipped with a sink area. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub and toilet. A separate toilet.
