Near Barcares, air-conditioned villa with pool

Nice air-conditioned villa, close to BARCARES with heated pool at 28°, not far from shops. The pool requires a little maintenance from you. Barcares is located 2 km by road, but the beaches are accessible by the Agly greenway which passes just behind us. Perpignan is about 15 km away and the beaches of Leucate (naturists) are 7 km away. The beds are 140 cm beds WE DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS. !! FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY!! The space The house has a large living room and an open-plan kitchen. Each room is equipped with a sink area. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bathtub and toilet. A separate toilet. Other things to note The booking is effective by paying a deposit of 25% of the rental price. The balance is to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay. A security deposit of 500 euros, refundable after inventory, is required. The mandatory final cleaning is charged €100 (O2 company)
