Set on its own with far reaching views across the beautiful Roseland countryside, Cow Parsley Cottage is a superbly equipped, dog-friendly, luxury barn conversion on The Roseland Peninsula for up to 2 adults. It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry. The space Cow Parsley Cottage has been designed with your comfort in mind. Accessed with no steps, and with a wet room shower, it would be suitable for those less mobile. The superkingsize bed is exceptionally comfortable. There is a BBQ for your use and two sun loungers to soak up the sun in your private garden. The cottage is secure for dogs with wire netting on the surrounding fence and it is a non-smoking property. No children or babies, sorry. Other things to note Outside is a lawn and sunny patio area with dining table and two chair/bench seats. There is a hose pipe for hosing down sandy or muddy dogs, bikes or kayaks. Included for your use are: Cotton bed linen 2 bath sheets per person A hairdryer and plenty of coat hangers Bath robes and slippers A map of Cornwall and a book on walks on The Roseland Essentials stocked in the kitchen include salt and pepper, olive oil, some plain flour, english breakfast tea bags, instant and ground coffee, sugar, tin foil, cling film, baking paper, kitchen roll and loo roll. A pint of milk and some home baking treats on arrival. Washing powder and dishwasher capsules. Washing up liquid and cloths, tea towels and an oven glove. Firewood, kindling, fire starters and matches. I do the changeovers so make sure the cottage is perfectly clean, aired and ready for you before you check in.
