The space The Sandaya's villa is just a stones throw away from the gorgeous Unawatuna beach,Contemporary design using local materials and building skills create a relaxed environment. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, open plan kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house is furnished with an eclectic mix of custom designed / locally made furniture & equipment. The kitchen / living space is an open cooking area where you can enjoy with natural air while dining that overlooks the rock. One vehicle can be parked in the premises Guest access Guests are provided with keys and have full use of the property. My staff are not resident, but I live close by & will keep a discrete eye on things and can help if anything urgent arise.
