Our sleek studio space is located in the quaint little village of Nerul in North Goa. The bedroom comes with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, powder room, cupboard for your personal belongings, Tv, kettle and a bar fridge. The studio is perfect for a couple planning to holiday in Goa. All our guests will have access to the lovely outdoor lounge area with an infinity pool, which overlooks the green paddy fields. All our guests will have access to the shared/common outdoor lounge area and infinity pool, which overlooks the green paddy fields. Aside from the your studio space, you will also have access to the shared/common infinity pool and the outdoor lounge area which are available to all our guests. Laundry services can be availed for a fee should you need it. Or if you would like to have anything dry-cleaned, please contact our front desk. We work with a professional local dry cleaning and laundry vendor who will be able to cater to your needs within a day. We use solar geysers for all hot water and LED lighting helps us conserve electricity. **Please do take note that this is not an apartment. It is a single studio room with an attached bathroom. The studio size is approximately 25 square meters. The studio has a television, tea/coffee making facilities, a small wardrobe, and a bar fridge. There is no kitchenette. There is no balcony in this studio. For those guests who wish to smoke, you may do so outside, and in the outdoor lounge area by the pool.** Guest access During your stay you also have access to the common areas of the property which include a common/shared infinity pool, outdoor seating area and ample parking space. Other things to note We change the towels and bed linen every 3 days and appreciate your understanding with regards to this. This helps us in conserving water and electricity which in turn helps us stay environmentally sustainable! We collect a security deposit, which is usually the equivalent of 1 night’s stay. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the apartment and its contents. If you are stepping out for the day, please do leave the keys with the housekeeping team so they can clean the space while you are out. We provide one key which, if lost, calls for a fine. So please try not to lose it. Incase you are unable to find any amenities which are mentioned in the listing description, please do ask our front desk. Our front desk is operational from 9:30am to 6:30pm. For safety reasons, we request all guests travelling with infants and young children to take extra care and caution near the pool area and near the ledge and balconies of all the spaces. This is the parents responsibility for the duration of their stay. Goa is located in a tropical zone near the Arabian Sea. Because of this, we have a rainy season (monsoon) which typically lasts from June to September. The rain and the lush greenery is a welcome change for many tourists visiting each year! However, it is important to note that electricity outages do happen from time to time during the monsoon and for this reason, we have inverters/power back up at the premises.  Incase of a power outage, the back up will power only the lifts, some fans and lights but not any other high voltage appliances such as Air Conditioners. While the power back up is on during a power outage please do try and use only the fans and lights that are necessary at that time.
