House with bedroom (private entrance)-near UFPB

This is a spacious room with a bathroom and independent exit from the house! Great place, very central, close to everything, UFPB, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc. In addition to being close to the beach (10 min drive) and downtown (15 min drive). Note: I am accepting single men, however, you need to send a social network to validate the hosting for security reasons. Note 2: It has a parking space. The space This is a large room with a separate entrance to the street, the guest will receive the keys and will not have to share with other people in the house. It has two single beds (which can be joined together to form a king-size double bed), a sofa bed (which can be disassembled), a hammock and an air mattress (double); plus a table, chairs, dresser, shelves, fan. Note: Loud noise is prohibited on the premises. Note 2: The time will be flexible if there is no guest the day after your check-out, otherwise we will arrange the best time.
