Just 3 minutes' walk to U3 Ottakring station – excellent connections: 12 min to Westbahnhof, 36 min to Hauptbahnhof, 45 min to the airport. Fresh bed linen & towels included, thoroughly cleaned before each guest. Fully equipped kitchen (everything provided!), shops, cafés & supermarkets right outside the door. Flexible 24/7 self check-in/out for maximum freedom.Quiet location with authentic Viennese charm! The space The apartment has been completely renovated. Only natural and high-quality materials such as wood, parquet, natural tiles and organic lime plaster were used. In combination with the underfloor heating, the result is a very nice room climate. In the bathroom you will find a floor-level shower for barrier-free access. The room is spacious and about 18m². The apartment is completely cleaned before each visit. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guest access Private room, shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen. During your stay I won't be in the apartment. You can reach me via the Airbnb app. Other things to note The location is special, as you can reach the center in just 15 minutes with the underground U3 and you are very quickly out of town in the countryside The journey from Vienna Airport is possible with the CAT and with the public, cheaper express train S7 and then underground U3 in 42 or 47 minutes. The journey from the main station is possible with the subways U1 and U3 in 32 minutes. If you arrive in Erdberg by bus, you are at the accommodation in 28 minutes and from the Westbahnhof you only need 12 minutes. 5 minutes away there is an inexpensive Park&Ride for longer parking for the car. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a large selection of wine taverns, wine taverns and good restaurants. Tea, coffee and WiFi are free. Washing machine can be used. All spices and kitchen utensils may be used.
