A brand new green apartment is located between the river and the beach. The building has a really special design like terraced fields in the North of Vietnam. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and the city center. On the rooftop, the apartment has a Jacuzzi pool where you can relax and enjoy the view from the rooftop. The space P/s: Please note that if you are staying for a long term (28 days or more), electricity is not included in the room rate. This means that the electricity bill will be paid separately when you check out. However, if you are staying for 2 months or more 📆, please pay your monthly electricity bill 📤 to avoid incurring a large amount at the end of your stay 📈 Please contact me for more detail. Other things to note We charge fee for washing and drying clothes of short-term and long-term tenants. P/s: Stay long-term we'll clean room 1 time a week.
