Villa Nanni - beautiful country house in Gallipoli

Villa Nanni is a fancy country house, located in “li Nanni” area and at 3,5 km from Gallipoli, just in the neighborhoods of Alezio. Villa Nanni can host up to 6 people and is just the ideal accommodation for couples or families who wish to relax in a calm location but without giving up on Gallipoli attractions and on the others famous beaches which are at just ten minutes drive as well as the other nice cities in the hinterland. The space Villa Nanni has been built in 2005 and is composed of: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen living room with a couch convertible into a French size bed. All the comforts are available inside the house (WiFi connection, TV, washing machine, dish washer, coffe machine, microwave, fans and air conditioning) and on the outside area (table with 6 relax chairs, relax sofas) where our guests can enjoy fish or meat barbecues during the nights. The best moments not to miss during summer are breakfast on the shade, the “aperitivo” at sunshines and the shower under the stars. The fruits and the aromatic species are with compliment for our guests, obviously when they are not so lazy to pick those! Watch out on the prickly pears, ask to landlords how to use the tool and how to take the skin out without getting sting! Being a country house, Villa Nanni is a bit out of the public services or taxi paths, so car or motorbike are necessary. Guest access Our guests can have access to all the areas of the house and the countryside and are welcome to help theirselves with the fruits of the land seconding on the season (apricots, prickly pears, mulberries, pears, oranges) as well as the aromatic species. We remind our guests that the fence shall always be locked either when you are out or when you are in. Air conditioning shall be switched off when you leave or and when windows or doors are open. The mousetiquaire shall always kept closed so to avoid the ingress of insects or wild animals. For stay longer than one week a couple of extra cleaning sessions are mandatory and at extra charge for each additional week. similarly during winter time extra fee for heating is required on reimboursable base Other things to note The house is surrounded by the countryside so car or motorbike are necessary. We ask our guests not to be late at the check-in as my parents will have to arrange everything and will be willing to reach you somewhere out of Gallipoli, in case You get lost.
